1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phwil", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://phwil.vip and all related services, pages, applications, and tools provided thereunder.
• "Player", "you", or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phwil platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the phwil platform, through which games and services are accessed.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus credit not yet converted pursuant to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional, welcome, or reload credit awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered by a Player before Bonus Credit becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which phwil verifies a Player's identity and age using government-issued documentation.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered on the phwil platform, including but not limited to live casino, slot games, bingo, and sports betting.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the phwil platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phwil platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered on phwil, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional guidelines, rules, or policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the phwil platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The phwil platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is imposed in compliance with Philippine law governing online gaming and casino-style gambling activities. By registering, you affirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have provided your accurate date of birth during the registration process.

phwil reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be suspended immediately, all gaming activity will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned net of any applicable administrative charges. No winnings earned by an underage player will be paid.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

phwil's Services are directed at players located in the Philippines. Players outside the Philippines access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. phwil makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering into legally binding agreements, and that online gaming is not prohibited in the location from which you are accessing the platform.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the phwil registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and for updating it promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may only register and maintain one active Account on phwil. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where phwil identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and net winnings withheld pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify phwil immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. phwil will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

4.4 KYC Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, phwil is required to verify your identity under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Accepted verification documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

In addition to identity documents, phwil may require proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account screen showing your registered name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions or closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phwil accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. phwil does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned minus applicable transaction costs.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time following successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 20–40 minutes. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume or pending compliance review.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, phwil monitors all transactions for unusual patterns. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit where practicable. phwil reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an AML flag.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New phwil players may receive a welcome bonus equal to 100% of their first deposit, up to a maximum of ₱10,000. The welcome bonus is automatically credited to the Player's Account following the qualifying first deposit. The bonus is subject to a 30× wagering requirement — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any portion of the bonus or winnings generated from the bonus balance may be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo: 10% contribution

6.3 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. phwil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, fraudulent activity, or exploitation of system errors. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process. phwil reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion with or without prior notice.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on phwil is subject to its own individual game rules, which are accessible from the game's information panel. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

All slot and RNG-based games on phwil use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is displayed in the game's information screen. Live casino game results are determined by physical outcomes in the dealer studio — no RNG is applied to live games.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or interrupted game round, phwil will use all available data to determine the fair resolution of the affected round. phwil's decision in such matters is final. No wager will be honoured where it was placed after the outcome of an event was already determined.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwil platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
3. Using any software, script, bot, spider, or automated tool to access or interact with the platform.
4. Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or game engines.
5. Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent house edge.
6. Placing wagers using proceeds of unlawful activity or engaging in any money laundering conduct.
7. Charging back or reversing a deposit through your bank or payment provider after it has been credited to your phwil balance.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwil staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
9. Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
10. Any activity that, in phwil's reasonable assessment, constitutes deliberate or systematic abuse of the platform, its promotional structure, or its payment systems.

phwil reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to have engaged in prohibited activities, and to withhold all funds pending investigation. Where applicable, phwil will report prohibited activities to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and activated from Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss limits per session, day, week, or month can be configured at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play can be activated from Account Settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from the phwil platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

9.2 Age Verification and Minor Protection

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwil platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works of any phwil content without prior written authorisation from phwil.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwil's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of phwil Services shall not exceed the net amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

phwil shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

phwil is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, government action, natural disasters, civil unrest, or any force majeure event.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

phwil processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data by contacting phwil support at any time.

phwil uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your phwil Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing period. Bonus Credit that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by phwil

phwil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• A Player has been found to be under the age of 21;
• KYC documentation provided is found to be fraudulent or inconsistent;
• phwil is required to act by a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request;
• A Player has initiated an unauthorised chargeback against a deposit.

In the event of termination for breach of these Terms, phwil reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, the Balance may be forfeited.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phwil reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, and a notice will be displayed on the phwil platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the phwil platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles. The gaming operations conducted through phwil are undertaken in the context of PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and phwil, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through phwil's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of formal written notification may be escalated to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Any claim must be submitted to phwil within 12 months of the date the cause of action arose. Claims not submitted within this period are permanently barred.
